BEST TEACHING ON ROMANS 10 GIFTS

I ordered these CDs several years ago and they have truly changed my life. That's a big statement for me. I've been a Christian for over 35 years and have studied almost every book on spiritual gifts. This teaching on the Rom. 10 motivational gifts supercedes them all. They are wonderful and bring tremendous insight into why we are motivated in the ways that we individually are. Finally I was able to understand why God created me with the personality that He did. These truths have brought great freedom, healing and connection with my destiny that I didn't have before. They do not cover the manifestation spiritual gifts which many automatically think of like the word of wisdom, prophecy, miracles, etc. These CDs discuss the motivational gift mix that define your orientation to life, the key to what motivates you, etc.

This CD set should be basic for every believer and will really revolutionize your understanding of who you are, once you hear and study them.

OH MY GOSH...AMAZING! This has been so enlightening for me and my family, but especially as a parent. It has given me so much insight into how my young kids think depending on their redemptive gifts. It has been immensely helpful in how I advise them. It has really helped them in relating to other kids as school. It has given them a peek into how a person is struggling, what their strengths are, where their pitfalls are....how to help them without them even knowing it. Priceless. We see how we can help or hurt a person & situation because of the knowledge we have gained. Must have for parents at least, but I can't imagine not knowing this information period. This is beyond helpful no matter how you slice it. It's been helpful even with training animals. I know that sounds weird, but it's true. It translates into EVERY SINGLE AREA OF LIFE!

Painstakingly Detailed, Clear and Comprehensive

This is a detailed social history of the USA and Canada how the two countries are related by people and custom. There are many, many examples provided throughout the book of the countries customs, backgrounds, and religions. Beginning at the settlement of the colonies in the New World and proceeding to modern times this is detailed history. If you are a history buff you will enjoy reading this; if you were hoping for an brief, anecdotal history of the likes and differences between the USA and Canada explaining the causative factors you be overwhelmed.

I am 2/3s thru the book and it has not disappointed. It is historically definitive and comes back again and again to the underlying conceptions and misconceptions that have characterized the relations between the two countries. It is a book worthy of the title and subject and what drew me to buy the book in the first place. As a citizen of both countries I have observed over half a century of the complex themes that professor Bothwell points out and I think he has it just about right.

Theresa Hupp’s interest in the Oregon Trail began in childhood. She grew up in Eastern Washington near the Whitman Mission, and Narcissa Whitman was her heroine. REMARKABLE!

Lead Me Home chronicles the history of a wagon train, in the 1840s, traveling toward Oregon from the Midwest. The story has well developed characters who overcome many hardships and grow in strength as the months go by. The story is fiction, but as you read you feel you’re part of an autobiography, as if the author had lived it herself. Ms. Hupp had to have spent many, many hours and days researching the unique dangers of so many rivers they had to cross, whether it was quicksand, rocks, white water, etc. Add that to the slope and characteristics of the different mountains they had to cross, where there was grazing land for their oxen ,mules and horses etc. the reader can only describe Lead Me Home as remarkable!. A great read.

The rigors of covered-wagon pioneering are palpable in this excellently researched and beautifully crafted historical fiction. Readers will become deeply involved in the Mac/Jenny relationship as these two young people of vastly dissimilar backgrounds grapple with (and seek to resolve under often hostile circumstances) their respective inner torments. Lead Me Home pulled me in, held me all the way, and left me looking forward to Volume Two.

Lead Me Home is a wonderful story of two persons thrown together by fate who join a wagon train headed for Oregon. It is beautifully written and well researched. I can't wait for the sequel!
